Interdev Partnership Associates offers a range of education, training, and mentoring to assist your field-based mission work. These are now also offered in English, French, Russian, Indonesian and Arabic. Occasionally, we do offer training within the North American/Canadian context as well.  Our Training is offered in modules, which can be customized as required.  IPA builds it's training around the field needs of the field partnerships, so our dates and locations vary:

Kingdom Connections: 2-3 days.                                                   

 This course is for City, Church and Mission Agency Leadership. It's designed to help ministry teams understand the Biblical mandate for unity, the steps for an effective partnership to develop, learn how partnership can impact their ministry and how their ministry can contribute to Partnership in style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"Mission.

One-on-one and small group mentoring:
IPA Regional Partnership Advisors meet frequently with Partnering People to assist them as they work through the practical challenges of day-to-day partner-ing.

Forming Partnerships: 4-5 days.
This course provides specialized training for potential Partnership Facilitators. It focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to explore and launch a Partnership.

Operating Partnerships: 4-5 days.
This is a practical course for those currently serving in a partnership facilitation, or partnership task force role. Highly interactive and practical with lots of time to work through real challenges you face.
