IPA Partnership Associates brings together missions groups, churches, and national leaders and helps them work together. By collaborating with partnering ministries, each ministry can focus its unique strengths and resources for best use in the process of evangelism. Like a team cultivating a crop, there are some who plant seeds, others who water, but through partnership, all can rejoice together at the harvest!

 Lessons Learned in Partnership
When ministries attempt to work in partnerships with other Christian organizations, success is often elusive. Our years of observation and coaching of lasting, effective evangelism partnerships have revealed certain common principles.

Language
The missions community seems to have developed a unique set of terms and jargon, sometimes not well understood outside a small circle.  Here is a list of  missions terms that we often use, and their commonly accepted definitions.

Meetings and Consultations
Much more than a necessary evil, partnership meetings and regional consultations are often the birthing place of new partnerships and exciting initiatives. They can also be an ideal introduction point into a region for interested or newly involved churches and agencies.
